Summary chapters 15 and 16 Touching Spirit Bear

   Cole told the circle that he had really changed after his encounter with the bear, and his mother, whom he got along with better now, agreed with him. After a heated debate, they decied to send Cole back to the island for another year. He has to buy everything that he uses on the island by selling his old stuff. Once they get to the island, Garvey makes a point that the whole world is a hot dog, and Garvey tells him to celebrate being alive.
